1. A Bachelor’s degree with first-class or 60% marks or B+ in the aggregate or a post-graduate degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology or equivalent qualifications from a recognized University or Institute.
2. Six years’ experience in teaching or research or administration or industry including two years’ experience in administration of Technical or Vocational Education and Training.

1. A Master’s degree in Library Science of a University or equivalent. OR
2. A second class Master’s degree of a University and also a Bachelor’s degree in Library Science of a University or equivalent.
3.  Three years’ experience in Library Management and operation of Library Service in a Public or Institutional Library of repute.

Desirable:-Experience in teaching in Library Science.
