Qualifications
- Candidates should have passed MBBS Degree examination or its equivalent examination (MCI Act, 1956 as amended from time to time and from a College recognized by the Medical Council of India)
- Shall be registered with AP Medical Council In case registered in medical council other that AP Medical Council, candidates shall register in APMC before joining in the post
Age Limit (as on 04-05-2024)

| OC | should not have completed 42 years |
| EWS/SC/ST/BC | should not have completed 47 years |
| Differently Abled person | should not have completed 52 years |
| Ex-servicemen | should not have completed 50 years |
Rule of Reservation will apply as per A.P State and Subordinate Service Rules in force.
