| Assistant Law Officer | Essential: i. Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University or Institution; and ii. Should have five years’ experience as an Officer of the State Judicial Service; or iii. Should have five years’ experience in the Legal Department of a State; or iv. Should be a Central Government servant, who has five years’ experience in legal affairs; or v. Should be a qualified legal practitioner, who has practiced as such for five years. Note: The advocacy period shall be computed with legal advice period for required experience of five years. |
| Senior Technical Supervisor | Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering – 01 post, and Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering – 01 post with three years’ of experience in the relevant field. |
| Sr. Scientific Assistant | Possessing Master’s degree in science from a recognised University or Institution with two years’ AD-11013/16/2023-ADMIN-R-HO-CPCB-HO I/13581/2025 experience in relevant field. | Technical Supervisor | Degree in Mechanical Engineering (01 post), Electronics Engineering (01 post), Instrumentation Engineering (02 posts), Electrical Engineering (01 post) with three years’ experience in the relevant field. |
| Junior Translator | (i) master’s degree of a recognised University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or (ii) master’s degree of a recognised University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or (iii) master’s degree of a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or (iv) master’s degree of a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; or (v) master’s degree of a recognised University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and AD-11013/16/2023-ADMIN-R-HO-CPCB-HO I/13581/2025 English as a compulsory or elective or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level; and (vi) recognised diploma or certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government including Government of India Undertaking. |
| Senior Draughtsman | (i) Degree in Civil Engineering; and (ii) three years’ experience in the line in an organisation of repute. |
| Assistant | (a) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institution. (b) Shall pass the skill test on computer in English Typing @ 35 words per minute (10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word)/Hindi Typing @ 30 words per minute (9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word). Time allowed is ten minutes. |
| Accounts Assistant | Essential: (i) Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from a recognized University or Institution. (ii) With three years’ experience in accounts, audit, cash handling or any other related work in an organisation or institution of repute. |
| Jr. Technician | (a) Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised Institute. (b) One year of relevant experience in servicing laboratory machines in an organisation or institution of repute. |

| Upper Division Clerk (UDC) | (i) Degree of recognized university or equivalent. (ii) A typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi only on computer. Time allowed 10 minutes. |
| Data Entry Operator Grade-II | Essential: (a) 12th standard passed from recognised Board or Institution. (b) A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour for data entry work to be ascertained through speed test on computer. |
| Stenographer Grade-II | Essential: (a) 12th standard passed or equivalent from a recognised Board. (b) Skill test norms: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute. Transcription: 50 minutes (English) on computer or 65 minutes (Hindi) on computer. AD-11013/16/2023-ADMIN-R-HO-CPCB-HO I/13581/2025 Note: Where a candidate passes both in English and Hindi test, he/she will be given preference in selection as compared to another, who passes with equal marks in one language only. |
