Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a recognized University with minimum 55%
marks or its equivalent in B,Com in aggregate or 55% marks in Honors/Major subject (B,Com) or minimum 55% aggregate marks or its equivalent for Arts or Science graduate having Mathematics or Statistics as one of the sublect or 55% marks or its equivalent in lVlathematicsiStatistics as Honors (BA/B.Sc). - For departmental candidates and those belonging to the Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe minimum qualification marks in a bachelor degree is 50%.
- Possess proficiency in computer application and having diploma certificate in computer application with minimum duration of 3 (three) months.

The upper age limit is relaxable :
- By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e. upto 43 years.
- By 3 years for OBC/IMOBC candidates i.e. upto 41 years as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 6/2016/9 dated Dispur the 25rh April 2018.
- For Ex-Servicemen, the maximum age shall be 50 (Fifty) years as on 0110112024 for Unreserved category, relaxable further by 3 (Three) years for OBC/MOBC candidates and 5 (Five) years for SC/ST candidates as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 48/2009/84 Dated 19th December, 2022.
- Persons with benchmark disability (PWBD) 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and UR Category of
candidates as per Govt. Memorandum No, ABP 180i2017/105 dated Dispur the 7th January, 2019.
